Start Service

Ready to turn on the gas at your new home? Follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Before You Begin

Your electricity and water must be on before your gas service can be established.

Step 2: When Scheduling Your Appointment:

Please note:
– Someone must be at home over the age of 18 during your appointment.
– Our Appointment windows are as follows: 8:00AM–4:30PM, 8:00–12:00PM and 12:00PM-4:30PM
– Appointments are scheduled according to availability
– If requesting a call to meet prior to the appointment, the customer will be allowed 20 minutes to meet the technician from the time he calls your phone.
– Our technicians will need to inspect your gas appliances for safety.

Have the following information ready:
– Name of the account holder
– Service address
– Contact number
– Social security number of the account holder
– Email Address

Stop Service

Need to cancel your service? Please have the following information ready when you call:
– Your Mobile Gas service account number
– Your email address
– The mailing address to which you would like us to send your final bill

Move Service

We can help you transfer service from one address to another within our service territory. Please have the following information ready when you place your order:
– Your Mobile Gas service account number
– Your email address
– The mailing address to which you would like us to send your final bill for the location where service is being disconnected
