Notice to Mobile Gas Customers: Recent Billing Error

As a valued customer of Mobile Gas Service Corporation, we would like to inform you of a recent billing error. Last week, a system error generated an incorrect billing statement, impacting approximately 1,825 residential customers.

Mobile Gas has corrected the error and we will be mailing a new statement to impacted customers very soon. You can also find the corrected version on the e-bill section of our website at www.mobile-gas.com.

Please accept our apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and thank you for being a valued Mobile Gas customer.
